TERMS AND CONDITIONS Last updated: June 2025 Welcome to Shreedhar Device. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1. ELIGIBILITY Users must be at least 18 years old to register. Business buyers must complete KYC verification before placing orders. 2. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. 3. PRODUCTS All products listed are refurbished devices graded R1 to R4. Grades indicate condition from "Like New" (R1) to "Heavily Used" (R4). Descriptions are provided in good faith. 4. PAYMENTS All payments are processed through our secure wallet system. Wallet top-ups require UPI payment with admin verification. We reserve the right to reject any top-up request we cannot verify. 5. CHECKING PERIOD Buyers have 7 calendar days from delivery to inspect all devices. Disputes raised after this period cannot be entertained. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this platform is the property of Shreedhar Device or its licensors. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Shreedhar Device shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. 8. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India. 9.
